N.C. turns to courts to compel Chemours cooperation on GenX
RALEIGH — Days after giving Chemours notice about its air permit, state lawyers are asking a Bladen County Superior Court judge for an injunction that, if approved, would limit GenX emissions at the company’s Fayetteville Works plant.In a motion filed Monday, lawyers with the N.C.
