Missing Fort Bragg soldier found in Fayetteville
A Fort Bragg soldier who was reported missing last month has been found in Fayetteville, the Police Department said today.Carl Seeman was found early today in the Yadkin Road corridor by detectives with the Fayetteville Police Department.
