Meet the only female fire chief in the Cape Fear region
BRUNSWICK COUNTY — During the day, Theresa Tickle heads to her job at the Oak Island Police Department. But in the evenings, she puts on another hat as chief of the Boiling Spring Lakes Volunteer Fire Department.
