Libyan commander Haftar back in Benghazi after medical treatment
BENGHAZI, Libya (Reuters) – Veteran military commander Khalifa Haftar, the most powerful figure in eastern Libya, returned to Benghazi on Thursday after a two-week absence during which he received medical treatment in Paris.
