K&W set to open Wednesday in Bordeaux Center
The Winston-Salem-based K&W Cafeteria will unveil its new concept restaurant to the public on Wednesday at a new location in Bordeaux Center near Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.A ribbon-cutting is scheduled for 10:30 a.m., followed by remarks from company President Dax Allred.
