A Hope Mills man is accused of exposing himself in front of four women and a 2-year-old outside a retail store.Jamal Donovan Williams, 29, of the 1100 block of Sand Hill Road, was charged Thursday with one felony count of indecent exposure and a misdemeanor count of the same offense.The incident happened in front of the Roses store at 3020 N.
