LILLINGTON – An Erwin is accused of engaging in sexual activities with a 4-year-old child, according to an arrest report from the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office.Gaven William Loftis, 19, of Waterfall Court in Erwin, was arrested Wednesday morning at his home and charged with first-degree forced sex offense and taking indecent liberties with a child.The date of the alleged offenses was not given, but the warrants were taken out on March 29.Bail was set at $60,000.
