Five people were displaced Friday by a kitchen fire at their home in the Gardens of Loch Lomond neighborhood off South Reilly Road, according to a release from the Fayetteville Fire Department.The fire at 404 Desmond Drive, near Baldoon Drive, was reported at 8:30 p.m.Smoke was coming from inside the front door of the house when firefighters arrived, the release said.
