Cumberland County shooting victim shows up at hospital
The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a reported shooting that happened Wednesday afternoon between Parkton and Hope Mills.The victim, who has not been identified, was shot in the leg, said Lt. Sean Swain, a Sheriff’s Office spokesman. The victim sought treatment at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
