Commissioners consider funding for countywide water system
Cumberland County commissioners are looking at a new funding model as a way to pay for a countywide water system.Commissioners held a special meeting Thursday to talk about a Capital Investment Fund that would allow the county to pay for capital projects without raising taxes.
