RED SPRINGS — Two men face drug and weapons charges after a Hoke County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations unit conducting a traffic stop Monday on Old Wire Road.The driver of the vehicle, Kyle Flanagan, and passenger, Kelly Stanback, were in possession of suspected crack cocaine, powder cocaine and marijuana, according to a news release from the Hoke County Sheriff’s Office.Two handguns were located in the vehicle, one of which had been reported stolen, the release said.
