15-year-old accused of second-degree murder after wreck
A 15-year-old has been accused of second-degree murder and other crimes after a wreck on April 2.The Fayetteville Police Department has filed juvenile petitions for three counts of hit and run, two counts of second-degree murder, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious bodily injury, three misdemeanor charges and an infraction traffic charges on Wednesday, a news release.The juvenile, whose name has not been released, is in the custody of juvenile detention.The […]
