West Fayetteville Cliffdale Road construction closure delayed again
Plans to partly close Cliffdale Road for two nights in western Fayetteville for the Fayetteville Outer Loop project have been delayed again due to weather concerns, spokesman Andrew Barksdale of the N.C.
