Substitute teacher banned after duct taping kids' mouths
Jacksonville, N.C. — A substitute teacher has been banned from working in Onslow County Schools after duct taping the mouths of four children.On Monday a substitute teacher at Dixon Elementary School “briefly” put duct tape over the mouths of four students, OCS Director of Community Affairs Brent Anderson wrote in an emailed response to The Daily News.
