Snow, sleet, cold causes slick roads, early school closings
Eight days from the official start of spring, winter brought snow, sleet and below-normal temperatures Monday to the Fayetteville-Fort Bragg community.Schools in Harnett and Moore counties are on a two-hour delay today because of the inclement weather.
