A Silver Alert has been issued for a Cumberland County man, according to a news release from the N.C. Center for Missing Persons.James Ray Manning, 53, was last seen on the 2300 block of Rustic Trail in Fayetteville, the release said.He was wearing a black and white jogging suit with black tennis shoes.Manning is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 149 pounds.He is believed to be suffering from a cognitive impairment or is in need of medication.Anyone […]
