TAR HEEL — A passenger in a van was killed and five people were injured in a wreck Wednesday in northeast Bladen County, the Highway Patrol said.The crash happened on N.C. 20 at Purdie-Hall Road, less than a mile east of N.C. 87, said 1st Sgt.
