Nance has career night in first start with Cavs
Larry Nance Jr. made his first career start with the Cavaliers a memorable one, scoring 22 points and grabbing 15 rebounds. With Tristan Thompson out for at least two weeks, coach Tyronn Lue said the team will go with Nance in the starting frontcourt.
