HOPE MILLS — A Fayetteville man is accused of taking more than $3,000 worth of opiates during a robbery Friday at a Hope Mills pharmacy.Alan Ray Noell II, 50, of the 700 block of Burgoyne Drive, is charged with two counts of second-degree kidnapping and one count each of robbery with a dangerous weapon and trafficking in opium or heroin.Noel is accused of robbing Clinic Pharmacy at 3736 S.
