ECU announces agreement to part ways with AD
East Carolina has reached an agreement to part ways with embattled athletics director Jeff Compher on May 1 after the university’s board of trustees approved an agreement to buy out his contract Friday.The school, which signed Compher to a five-year extension in June, could compensate him up to $1,262,500 in payments over the next five years.
