Death of woman found in Cape Fear River undetermined
Kristen Stone, the 19-year-old woman from Greenville whose body was found in the Cape Fear River last summer, died as a result of undetermined violence, according to the state medical examiner.Stone was last seen alive with Charles Cottingham, a 33-year-old Air Force veteran with a record of assaults against women.
