Commissioners' pact could yield $15M for hurricane recovery efforts
Cumberland County commissioners are expected to approve an agreement today that would clear the way for Fayetteville to spend more than $15 million on projects related to Hurricane Matthew recovery efforts.The Community Development Block Grant funding come through a federal program.
