British ambassador will not attend Russian ministry meeting on Skripal: RIA
MOSCOW (Reuters) – Britain’s ambassador in Moscow will not attend a meeting on the Skripal poisoning case in Russia’s foreign ministry later on Wednesday, RIA news agency cited the British embassy as saying.
