You’ll find their names signed to the “#BeTheFirst” pledge wall Wednesday at the Cumberland County Public Health Department.They are young people from South View High School, William T. Brown Elementary, the Boys’ and Girls’ Club of Cumberland County and the YMCA, and all are pledging not to use tobacco products.
