Woman pleads guilty to some charges in trooper's shooting
RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — A North Carolina woman accused of shooting a Virginia State trooper after a high-speed chase in the Richmond area has pleaded guilty to some charges she faced in the incident. Local media report Karisa Daniels of Durham pleaded guilty to six of 15 charges, including attempted capital murder, use of firearm in commission of attempted capital murder and eluding police.
