Hope Mills man charged in Harnett homicide
LILLINGTON — A Hope Mills man is accused of fatally shooting another man today during a domestic dispute at a residence off N.C. 87 near Buffalo Lake Road, the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office said.Brian Paul Massey, 29, of the 6100 block of Twiggs Court, is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Jason I.
