Hay Street at Winslow Street closed for repairs
Hay Street will be closed at the Winslow Street intersection from 7 a.m. Thursday until Saturday.CSX Railroad has scheduled the closing for repairs. Traffic will be rerouted, and signs will mark detour routes.
