Fayetteville man charged with indecent liberties
A Fayetteville man is accused of molesting a minor.Justin Taylor Hardcastle, 26, of the 3000 block of Jimmy Court, was charged Monday with taking indecent liberties with a minor, according to an arrest warrant in the Cumberland County Magistrate’s Office.The incident happened between Jan. 1 and March 5, 2016.
