Biden to speak with Ukraine president amid fears that Russia may once again invade Ukraine
The planned call with Zelensky will come three days after Biden spoke with the Russian president for nearly an hour at Putin’s request, in which the leaders discussed potential repercussions as a result of the Ukraine crisis.
