Driver killed in accident on MLK Freeway in Fayetteville
A driver was killed this afternoon when a vehicle ran off the Martin Luther King Jr. Freeway between Gillespie Street and Robeson Street.The road, which also is N.C. 87, is closed between the two streets going toward Ramsey Street and is expected to be closed through the evening commute, according to a statement released by the Fayetteville Police Department.
