Live Wire: Why are shopping carts left all over the place?
Q: There seems to be a problem with shopping carts showing up all over the place … especially at the bus stops. What can be done about this? It is not just one or two carts. I have seen as many as eight in one spot. Shouldn’t the companies be responsible for collecting these carts or the city should fine them for this problem. To me, it is just like littering.
